What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of atyantik.com. Using the site means you accept them.

Atyantik Technologies is a software engineering firm. We work from Vadodara, Gujarat, in India, and we serve clients worldwide.

They cover the website and nothing else. They are not a services agreement. When Atyantik does work for a client, the contract signed for that work governs it. Nothing here changes that contract, and nothing here creates one.

Who may use the site

The site is open worldwide. We do not block access by country. Reading anything here needs no account.

We set no minimum age for reading the site. How we handle personal data is covered in our privacy policy. That includes our position on data about children.

What you are reading

Much of the writing here is composed by an autonomous system that Atyantik built and runs. Atyantik Technologies is the author of record and stands behind what it says.

Claims are held to a published standard. Anything carrying a number, or a comparison with anyone else, is sourced before it goes up. Plain descriptions of the work we do stand on their own.

Some articles touch areas that are regulated, such as finance, medicine, law or security. Those carry a disclaimer, and its wording is fixed.

The content is published to inform. It is not advice for your situation. Check anything you plan to act on with someone qualified.

We publish the site as it stands. We do not promise that all of it is current or correct. If you find a mistake, tell us.

Who owns what is here

The content is owned by Atyantik Technologies. Unless a page says otherwise, all rights are reserved.

Some pages carry an explicit licence that grants more than that. Where a page declares one, it says so on the page, and that licence governs.

Code snippets are licensed under MIT unless the page says otherwise.

Linking to any page here is welcome and needs no permission. For anything beyond what a page's own licence allows, ask us first.

Crawling, indexing and AI systems

Crawlers are welcome here, including the ones that AI assistants use to read and cite pages. We do not challenge them at the edge, and our robots.txt allows them.

We do not opt out of AI training corpora, and that is a deliberate choice. Being readable by these systems is the point.

Two limits apply. Paths under /api/ are disallowed in robots.txt and are not open to automated use. Requests at a rate that degrades the site for other people may be slowed or blocked.

Crawling a page is not a licence to republish it. The ownership terms still apply.

Trademarks

Atyantik Technologies and the Atyantik logo are marks of Atyantik Technologies.

Other names and logos on the site belong to their owners. We name them to identify a technology or a company accurately, which is what the law allows without permission.

Naming them does not mean they endorse us. It does not mean we are affiliated with them either. Where we do have a formal partnership, we say so on the page where it matters.

If you own a mark and think we have used it wrongly, send us a notice.

Forms and what you send us

The site carries forms, including the contact form and the newsletter sign-up in the footer.

When you send us something through a form, you give us permission to store and read it. We use it to route your message and reply.

A form submission does not create a contract between us. It obliges neither side to anything.

Do not send material through a form that needs to be under a confidentiality agreement. A form submission is not covered by one.

What personal data we collect, and how long we keep it, is covered in our privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Three things are not acceptable here.

• Submitting unlawful content through a form.
• Trying to bypass, probe or defeat the site's security controls. If you find a weakness, report it rather than use it.
• Sending automated requests at a rate that degrades the site for other people.

We may suspend access for anyone doing these things.

Atyantik publishes its own content. The site does not host content uploaded by other people. Anyone who repeatedly submits forms in bad faith may lose access. The same applies to repeated attempts to bypass the site's security.

Privacy and cookies

How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy. What the site stores in your browser is set out in our cookie policy.

Sending us a legal notice

Send legal notices through the contact form, choosing the legal notice option. That is the route for copyright and other intellectual property claims, trademark objections, defamation complaints and cease-and-desist letters.

The form is the only route for a legal notice, and that is deliberate. A notice sent through it is recorded when it arrives and reaches the people who can act on it.

Point us at the page and say what the problem is. Include a way to reach you.

If something here is wrong about you or your company, use the same route and tell us what is correct.

Legal decisions at Atyantik are made by people, not by the system that writes the pages.

Availability of the site

We may change or remove anything on the site without notice. We do not promise the site will always be reachable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of India. The courts of Vadodara, Gujarat have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

Changes to these terms

The date at the top is when this document last changed.

External legal counsel reviews these terms after launch. Where that review changes something, it appears here. The date at the top moves with it.
