What Atyantik Technologies has cleared for publication
Atyantik Technologies Private Limited designs and delivers custom software for SMEs and enterprises, from launch to scale.
Everything here is cleared for editorial use. Most of it can be confirmed against a government record without contacting anyone here. The founding year, the registered entity, the head office and the registration identifier are directly below, as text you can select and paste. The facts that rest on Atyantik alone are marked as such before you reach them.
The register below is what a fact-checker needs, in the form they need it. The legal name and the name in ordinary use are different strings, and printing one where the other belongs is the most common error on a company page. These strings are not paraphrased from anywhere. They are read off the Form GST REG-06 registration certificate, issued on 20 March 2024 under the Central Goods and Services Tax Act 2017, and they were ratified for publication on 2 September 2026. Five of the seven rows below are registry fields, and the government lookup in the next section returns every one of them. The last two are not registry fields at all. The founding year and where the work is done are stated by Atyantik, no registry holds either, and they are marked in the table rather than left to blend in with the rows that can be checked.
| Field | Value, and where it comes from |
|---|---|
| Legal name | Atyantik Technologies Private Limited. As registered. |
| Name in ordinary use | Atyantik Technologies. As registered, as the trade name. |
| Constitution | Private Limited Company. As registered. |
| Head office | Office 501, Privilege Avenue, Behind Atlantis, Sarabhai Campus, Sarabhai Road, Vadiwadi, Vadodara, Gujarat 390007, India. As registered, as the principal place of business. |
| GSTIN | 24AANCA6054A1Z1. As registered. |
| Founded | 2015, in Vadodara, Gujarat. Stated by Atyantik. No registry field carries a founding year, and the lookup in the next section does not confirm this one. |
| Where the work is done | All delivery from India. The team is distributed, primarily in Gujarat, with the head office in Vadodara. Stated by Atyantik and anchored above. No registry field carries it. |
The Corporate Identification Number is not published. Neither is a telephone number. Both are covered under what Atyantik does not publish, further down.
The registration identifier above is the instrument. The Goods and Services Tax portal runs a free Search Taxpayer lookup with no login and no account. Paste the GSTIN into it and the government returns most of the register above, from a party that is not Atyantik.
| Fact published here | Field the lookup returns |
|---|---|
| Legal name | Legal name of business |
| Name in ordinary use | Trade name |
| Registration status | Effective date of GST registration, and current GSTIN status. |
| Constitution | Constitution of business |
| Head office | Principal place of business |
| Still filing | Return-filing history, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B |
Here is what that lookup does not do, stated plainly rather than left for you to find out. It publishes no turnover figure, no client list and no headcount. A live registration proves a registered, filing entity at a stated address. It proves nothing at all about the quality of the work. That effective date is the tax registration date. It is not the incorporation date and it does not confirm the founding year.
If the lookup and the five registered fields above ever disagree, the lookup is the record and the register is the thing that is wrong. The last two rows sit outside that rule: no registry holds them, so the lookup can neither confirm them nor contradict them. That is the point of publishing the identifier rather than only the facts it resolves to.
One route only, and it is chosen on purpose. The web archive will show you how far back this domain runs, and that is a fact about continuous public presence rather than about incorporation, so it is not offered here as a check on the founding year.
Below is the description Atyantik stands behind, written to be lifted whole. Nothing is gated and there is no form in front of it.
The one-sentence form, for a piece that has room for a clause rather than a paragraph: Atyantik Technologies is a software company in Vadodara, India, that designs and delivers custom software for SMEs and enterprises, from launch to scale.
On artwork, the straight answer. One logo file is published: a transparent PNG, 1470 by 287 pixels, on the Atyantik assets CDN, and it is the same file the site's structured data points at. There is no SVG, no dark-background variant and no press kit, so none is offered. Usage terms are not published here.
Three people lead Atyantik. Spell the names as they are spelled here, and print the titles as they are printed here.
-

-

Everyone else on the roster is named without a title, on purpose, so that no title appears that nobody confirmed. No other title is published. Nothing here says who is available to speak, or on what subject.
How the work is actually delivered
Four descriptions of how delivery runs, each one specific enough to be argued with. The public specimen sits beside them: the Atyantik organisation on GitHub, and its repositories carry their own commit history.
- A core team assigned to one project, with a lead software engineer the client talks to directly. No rotation, no context-switching, and no handoffs the client did not agree to.
- A documented artifact chain before the build: discovery, then a BRD, an FRD, an SRS and a TRS, then milestone planning and execution. Each milestone has a documented exit criteria.
- Every change reviewed by a senior software engineer. GitFlow, unit tests, integration tests, and CI/CD gating every merge. Architecture decisions are written into the TRS rather than held in someone's head.
- Every change request becomes a change note, with time, effort and cost laid out before approval and signed off in a meeting and in writing. Nothing in the build moves on a re-scope the client has not explicitly accepted.
No client is named anywhere here, and that is a policy rather than a gap. Case studies here are always anonymous. Where a client has given permission to be named, that permission covers a testimonial or a logo, never a case study. One engagement is barred by name entirely, though its masked details stay usable. The reasoning on the record is about the client rather than about Atyantik: naming a company beside a description of its system can disclose things that company never agreed to have linked to it.
Dropping a name is not what makes an engagement anonymous. A class descriptor stays anonymous only until enough independent axes are stacked, and a vertical, a geography, a scale and a time dimension together will identify a firm that none of them alone would. So no date, no duration and no phase name appears anywhere near a client description here.
What takes the place of a client name
Three substitutes, and they are what the confidentiality discipline allows rather than what it withholds.
- A class descriptor carrying the result, in the shape of a Scandinavian rental-services platform or a regulated finance platform.
- Method detail in place of identity: what was measured, with what instrument, and what the reading was before and after.
- Whether a client will speak is the client's decision and not Atyantik's. Any such conversation happens privately, under your own confidentiality, rather than here.
Public work, readable without asking anyone here
- react-pwa on GitHub. A server-side-rendered progressive web app boilerplate, MIT licensed, with public commit history. Last updated 29 July 2024, which makes it a track record rather than current activity. The star and fork counts change weekly, so read them where they live instead of here.
- Atyantik DevHub, a public developer meetup group in Vadodara. Dated sessions with published attendance: XRP Ledger in January 2025 with 35 attending, transformers in April 2025 with 24, Playwright in August 2025 with 24. A Supabase Launch Week meetup was hosted at the office with 86 attending and an Atyantik speaker. The date of that one is not printed here, because it could not be confirmed by a second route.
- Packages on the public npm registry. The PawJS framework and its plugins are published under the @pawjs scope, with publish dates and maintainer records on the registry record itself.
What Atyantik does not publish
Four refusals, named rather than left as holes, so that nobody has to write the email.
Headcount is not published, as a figure or as a band. The number is recorded internally and it is not for publication, and the bar covers the structured data on this site as well as the prose. What is sayable is that this is a small team, all of it in India, distributed and primarily in Gujarat, with the head office in Vadodara.
The Corporate Identification Number is not published and must not be inferred from anything here. No telephone number is published either.
Atyantik holds no SOC 2, GDPR or HIPAA certification of its own. It builds systems that pass its clients' audits, and it documents the architectural decisions in the TRS so a compliance team can verify the design intent.
No spokesperson is named here, and no reply time is promised. The working hours that are published sit at the foot of the page.
Most of what is above can be checked against a public record or opened at a link. Four facts here cannot: the founding year and where the work is done, both marked in the register as Atyantik's own, and the two figures below. Those two are stated by Atyantik, they have not been audited or computed from records, and they are marked here so that nobody quotes them believing otherwise. If your desk will not accept a company-stated figure, that is decidable now rather than after publication.
Stated by Atyantik, not computed from HR records. It is an average and it is approximate.
One named person, stated by Atyantik. It is not a second average and it is not a common outcome.
*Disclaimer: Both figures are Atyantik's own. No public record confirms either.
What is here is listed on the left. If your errand is on the right instead, the destination is one click away and there is no reason to spend another minute.
If this is not what you came for
Where we fit
The registered entity details, and a free government lookup that confirms most of them
A company description written to be quoted, and the one logo file that exists
Three names with published titles, spelled as they should be printed
Public code and dated community sessions, published elsewhere and not written as promotion
Where we are the wrong call
Looking for work here.
Evaluating Atyantik as a supplier.
Wanting the delivery story and the proof behind it.
Needing a named client reference for publication. That is arranged privately, never published.
Media inquiries
One route, and it is the media inquiry form. No email address and no telephone number are published here, because everything inbound comes through the one form. Atyantik works Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST, which is 04:30 to 13:30 UTC. Convert that against your own deadline and decide whether it fits.
Either the fact you need is already here, or you find out quickly that this is not the right source for the piece you are writing. Both of those save time.
